2. TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Atlantic Garden Furniture. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Atlantic Garden Furniture Limited.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Atlantic Garden Furniture Limited, a company registered and operating in the Republic of Zambia.

We design, manufacture, supply, and sell garden and outdoor furniture.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions, and prices are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

Different screen settings and lighting;
Natural variations in materials;
Handmade or locally manufactured products; and
Minor differences in colour, texture, or finish.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and change prices where necessary.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Atlantic Garden Furniture.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable;
There is an error in the product description or price;
We are unable to fulfil the order; or
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may change without notice. However, changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Ready-Made Furniture

For furniture that is already manufactured and available in stock:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the item.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Furniture will not be delivered until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Custom-Made Furniture

For furniture manufactured specifically to a customer's requirements:

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
The remaining 70% balance is payable upon completion of the order and before delivery or collection.
Production will only begin once the required deposit has been received.
Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled except where required by applicable law.

Atlantic Garden Furniture Limited reserves the right to suspend production, withhold delivery, or cancel an order if payment obligations are not met.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Some products may be made, prepared, or customised specifically for a customer.

For customised or made-to-order products, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or preparation has started.

Customers are responsible for checking and confirming all measurements, colours, designs, and specifications before placing an order.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order requirements, location, and other circumstances.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.

Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, lack of access, or the customer being unavailable.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or defects within the time specified in our Return and Refund Policy.
